AI-Assisted Creative Work

AI-assisted materials may subsequently be selected, directed, edited, retouched, composited, redesigned or otherwise developed by Placardier Studio.
The use of AI within a project does not necessarily mean that the entire work was generated by AI.
Where appropriate, Placardier Studio may disclose that particular work or project elements were AI-assisted.
AI-generated and AI-assisted materials may also remain subject to applicable laws and the terms, licences and usage conditions of the technology providers used to create them.

Third-Party Creative Assets

Certain projects may include appropriately licensed or authorised third-party materials such as typefaces, mockups, stock imagery, stock video, music, templates, software assets or other resources.
Ownership of those materials remains with the relevant creator, publisher, platform or rights holder and their use remains subject to the applicable licence terms.
The inclusion of third-party materials within a Placardier Studio project does not transfer ownership of those materials to Placardier Studio or visitors to this website.

Client Work and Project Agreements

Information presented on this website is general in nature and does not constitute a binding proposal, quotation or agreement for services.
